1955 MORRIS MINOR SERIES 11 (SPLIT WINDSCREEN) TRAVELLER. A very rare model now. This car is offered as a project requiring some work and re-commissioning. It is in fairly good and fairly original condition. Still has the correct engine, gearbox, seats, road wheels and steering wheel, windscreen trims, semaphore indicators etc. We have not examined the car in great detail. It has just arrived with us. The car last changed hands 3 years ago and was in good condition. Sadly the owner has had too many other projects and the Traveller has stood around not being used. It started and drove onto our trailer but I wouldn’t describe it as roadworthy. A good checkover, fresh fuel and a service will be required at the very least. The underbody appears to be in good condition, the woodwork is original and fairly sound and the bodywork shows no serious signs of rust anywhere. All four wings look to be recent steel replacements. Doors open and shut well. We have the current V5C registration document and the keys but little other history. We assume the registration number to be original as this series (PXH) was issued in the London area from December 1954. Enquiries and viewings are welcomed. NOW SOLD THANK YOU.
