LUCAS 488 ORIGINAL GLASS LENSES. MORRIS MINOR TRAVELLER, CLASSIC CARS. £3.00 each.

We have many of these Lucas 488 original glass lenses. Originally fitted to the rear of early Morris Minor Travellers and many other classic cars. In good used condition, these are offered at £3.00 each plus an additional £1.00 if you require an original chrome on brass securing ring.

We have these glass lenses in dark and light red, clear glass and amber for the flashing indicator lights.

We also have similar Lucas glass L594 domed lenses at the same price.

We also have some bulb holders and the rubber boots for these lights.

We have many original Lucas L594 glass lenses which were fitted to the original Mini, the rear or Morris Minor Travellers and many other cars. In good used condition, these are offered at £3.00 each plus an additional £1.00 if you require an original chrome on brass securing ring. Later replacements were generally plastic and the securing rings were steel which rusts.

We have these glass lenses in Dark and light red, clear glass and amber for the indicator lights.

We also have some bulb holders and rubber boots for these lights.

We also have the similar Lucas 488 glass lenses with a more flat profile.

MORRIS MINOR 1000 BANJO STEERING WHEEL

Morris Minor 1000 “Banjo” type wire spoke steering wheel as fitted to cars from 1959-1964.  These steering wheels can be fitted as a direct replacement to later Minor 1000 cars but will also require the correct hornpush as well.  These steering wheels are becoming hard to get now and prices start at £35.00 for a useable wheel which requires some work and rise to £150.00 for those in top condition.  We can generally supply the correct hornpush for these wheels.

We also have one earlier type “Banjo” wheel from a 1957 car with the horn button on the end of the indicator switch and a plain badge in the steering wheel centre.  These items are rare now and are pictured in the dashboard photograph below.  The steering wheel is in reasonable condition and is priced at £55.00.  the centre badge is priced at £20.00.  The indicator switch is priced at £50.00 and the glovebox lids are £60.00 for the pair.

We also have the later type two spoke steering wheel in stock as fitted to Morris Minor 1000 cars from 1964 onwards.  £35.00.
